How AMG Works
Submit. Dispatch. Plan. Move. Close.
The Process
Five steps from request to record.
- 01
Submit
A foreman or superintendent submits a material movement request through the project's designated platform. The request captures who needs the movement, what is moving, where it is going, and when it is needed.
- 02
Dispatch
The AMG dispatch lead receives the request and assigns it to the appropriate operator and rigger team based on equipment, location, and project priority.
- 03
Plan
Before movement begins, the operator and certified rigger verify the load, destination, path of travel, access conditions, and surrounding work activities.
- 04
Move
The AMG team executes the movement while maintaining control of the travel path and the material-handling operation.
- 05
Close
Once the material reaches its destination, the movement ticket is completed and closed. Every movement creates a record.
Project Staffing
Built Around Your Project.
AMG mirrors the customer's project schedule. If the project works days, nights, weekends, multiple shifts, or extended schedules, AMG builds its coverage around those operational requirements.
Standard minimum deployment: three operator/rigger teams, one AMG supervisor, and one dispatch coordinator. Larger projects scale significantly beyond this configuration.
