Forklift moving palletized material through an organized construction laydown yard

Services

Material handling, run as a project operation.

AMG provides the personnel, equipment, supervision, and coordination required to move material across large construction projects—so skilled trades stay on production.

Capabilities

What AMG delivers on your project.

Each service can be deployed on its own or combined into a full dedicated material-handling program.

Telehandler Operations

Dedicated telehandler operators and equipment supporting material movement throughout active construction projects.

Forklift Operations

Interior and exterior forklift support for material staging, relocation, loading, unloading, and distribution.

Material Distribution

Movement of construction materials from delivery and staging locations to designated work areas.

Laydown Yard Support

Organization and movement of materials throughout project laydown and staging areas.

Gang Box & Tool Movement

Scheduled relocation of gang boxes, tool storage, and contractor equipment.

Delivery Support

Coordination with field teams to move delivered material from receiving locations to designated staging or installation areas.

Interior Logistics

Dedicated Project Material Handling

Full-time AMG teams assigned to a project or subcontractor to provide ongoing material-handling support throughout the project lifecycle.

Scope Clarity

What AMG Does Not Do

AMG focuses on conventional material handling. Specialized crane operations and engineered critical lifts remain under qualified specialized lifting contractors. We complement those contractors rather than compete with them.

Equipment

AMG can provide the material-handling equipment required for the operation, or integrate customer-provided equipment into the program when appropriate. Equipment costs are structured separately from labor and operational management so project teams can see exactly what they are paying for.

Commercial Model

AMG Services primarily operates using a transparent cost-plus model. Pricing accounts for labor, supervision, dispatch, equipment, project schedule, shift requirements, mobilization, project duration, geographic requirements, and additional project-specific requirements. The structure scales as the project scales.

Contracting Structure

Work with AMG directly, or through the general contractor.

AMG can contract directly with the general contractor, or establish individual agreements with subcontractors working on the same project. For subcontractor agreements, AMG provides dedicated or shared material-handling services based on the project's operating structure.

AMG assumes operational responsibility for the movement once the material is placed into AMG's custody for the requested movement, subject to contract terms and project requirements.
