The route is walked or verified before travel, including clearances, grade, and pedestrian exposure.
Equipment inspections
Equipment is inspected on the schedule required by the project and the manufacturer.
Communication standards
Operator and rigger use defined signals and radio protocols so control is never assumed.
Project-specific orientation
AMG personnel complete the project's orientation and any contractor-specific requirements.
Site-specific rules
AMG operates to the general contractor's site rules, not a generic internal standard.
Movement documentation
Each movement is ticketed, assigned, and closed, creating a record of what moved and who moved it.
Supervisor oversight
An AMG supervisor is accountable for field execution and for correcting conditions in real time.
Stop-work authority
Every AMG employee has the authority to stop a movement when conditions are not controlled.
